ik ken de symptomen van testicular kanker maar wanneer ik het omhoog op de computer kijk zegt het zo vele verschillende dingen. hoe kan zeker ik zijn wat het is? ik heb een buil op één van mijn testikels maar zijn band aan het, zijn niet los. dat gemiddeld om het even wat? kan iedereen helpen? im ernstig!

  2. Cancer can only be diagnosed with a biopsy or other medical test. If you have a lump/bump it could also not have anything at all to do with cancer. Don’t freak yourself out, just go see a doctor.

  3. There are multiple types of testicular cancer, so that could explain the difference in symptoms. As a rule of thumb, if you feel anything down there that does not feel normal, you should go see a urologist. Do not go to a family practitioner.

    The odds of you having cancer are about 1 in 250 over your lifetime (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testicular_cancer).

    If it turns out that you do have testicular cancer, don’t worry. It is one of the few “curable” cancers. The survivability rate is somewhere around 98%. The other 2% is primarily a result of inaction by the patient to get treatment. Even in its late stages, testicular cancer is very curable.
