No not everyone it just depends on how big the lump is sometimes the doctors can just cut open your breast and take the tumor out other times they have to cut off your whole breast.

My 25 year old friend developed breast cancer.
She never felt a lump but due to a family history of breast cancer she had a scan only to find many small undetectable lumps.
They were biopsied and came back as cancer.
Breast cancer and any other cancer is abnormal growth and changes in the cells that make up out body.
Rikki choose to loose the breast that had the cancer in it.
She choose also to have it reconstructed using her belly flab at the same time.
She was supposed to go back and have a nipple put on and an areola tattooed on but her new husband loves her just the way she is.
Her boyfriend at the time of the cancer diagnosis left her as she would “No longer be a full woman!”
Breast cancer doesn’t cause pain and is detected usually by feel when doing a breast exam every month.
Not every woman chooses to get their breast/s removed. It depends on the severity of the cancer. Their prefrence and recommendations by the Doctor.

niet indien de diagnose vroeg genoeg en behandeling werkt, ze zouden kunnen hebben om een sectie-ergste geval zou de verwijdering van de borst te stoppen van de verbreiding ervan te hele lichaam alleen bijwerkingen zou emotioneel met de vrouw die de borst verwijderd wordt in de regel gevoel van niet compleet

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that starts from cells of the breast. A malignant tumor is a group of cancer cells that may invade surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to distant areas of the body. The disease occurs almost entirely in women, but men can get it, too. The remainder of this document refers only to breast cancer in women. You can inherite breast cancer from your family if anyone in your family has or had breast cancer then there is a likely chance of you geting cancer. If you are concerned that you have cancer go to your Local GP and they will give you some advice and treatments if you do have a chance of geting breast cancer. No it isn’t trus that women get there breasts cut off. that is not true. If for instance you have breast cancer you will have treatment for it.
The syptoms:
a lump or thickening in the breast or armpit
a change in the size or shape of the breast
discharge from the nipple
a change in the color or texture of the skin of the breast or areola (such as dimpling, puckering, or scaliness).
NOTE: any changes in the breast should be reported to a doctor without delay. Symptoms can be caused by cancer or by a number of less serious conditions. Early diagnosis is especially important for breast cancer because the disease responds best to treatment before it has spread. The earlier breast cancer is found and treated, the better a woman’s chance for complete recovery.
